Shipping to foreign countries

We provide shipping to EU countries.

Approximate shipping time depends on the distance from the Czech Republic.

The shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the order volume, and you can find the final price when selecting the carrier.

You can create your order as you like, and for international orders, payment in the EURO currency is required. After making the payment to the account:

We will start preparing it after payment. The minimum order is 10 000 Kč without VAT or € 400 without VAT.

To pick up your order, you will need an SMS confirmation indicating that the goods are ready for pickup.

 


PAYMENTS

Online payments are processed by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments processed through the payment gateway are fully secure, and all information is encrypted.

Card payment

The quickest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, you enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC code - the three numbers found in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured with the 3D Secure standard, so you will likely be asked to enter a numeric code that you'll receive via SMS from your bank.

Bank transfer payment
Immediate payment via online banking. The ComGate payment gateway redirects you to your online banking, where you log in as usual and confirm the prepared payment order.

After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the store. The payment is confirmed instantly, and we will proceed with processing your order without delay.
